Senior Full Stack Engineer and Tech Lead

You will be a hands on senior engineer and technical lead. You will operate as a senior individual contributor providing technical leadership across the stack. You will collaborate on architecture and system design decisions, build scalable and maintainable systems, and establish engineering standards and documentation. You will support hiring and onboarding as needed. You will leverage modern tools including AI to improve development efficiency and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver critical features across the frontend backend and infrastructure
• Provide day to day technical guidance and mentorship to engineers
• Collaborate on architecture and system design decisions
• Contribute to scalable performant and maintainable systems
• Establish and uphold engineering standards best practices and documentation
• Support hiring and onboarding as needed
• Leverage modern tools including AI to improve development efficiency and workflows

Requirements

• Strong full stack development experience with modern JavaScript TypeScript and backend systems
• Proven ability to own and ship production features end to end
• Experience mentoring or guiding other engineers
• Solid understanding of scalable architecture and engineering best practices
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross functionally
• Experience with Go or interest in learning it
• Exposure to fintech blockchain or regulated environments
• Startup or high growth company experience
• Experience with secure application design or infrastructure
