Senior Group Policy and Insured Portfolio Administrator

NN Insurance Hungary is looking for a talented professional to join NN Hungary’s team as a Senior Group Policy and Insured Portfolio Administrator in a part-time (6 hours/day) position.

In this position, you will manage group life and group health insurance policies, as well as maintain and manage the lists of insured persons. You will cooperate with sales channels and act as the main contact person for contracted companies. You will also collaborate with relevant internal departments and the contracted health assistance company.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the administrative tasks of bidding and procurement processes, including documentation checks and system updates
  • Manage insured population data (entries, exits, updates, documentation handling)
  • Maintain contact with clients, agents, and external partners via phone and email
  • Prepare reports, financial statements, and client communications
  • Perform compliance checks (e.g. AML, risk assessment, customer identification) and report suspicious cases
  • Contribute to process improvements, projects, and internal knowledge sharing
  • Support customer service operations and company campaigns
  • Handle annual renewals of group insurance policies, including related correspondence and invoicing
  • Ensure data confidentiality and report irregularities

What matters to us:

  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
  • User-level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in health insurance or group insurance
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
