Senior/HR Executive (Talent Acquisition)

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support and advice.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various recruitment channels and networking opportunities.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related matters in compliance with local regulations.
  • Facilitate onboarding activities and conduct induction sessions to help new employees integrate into the organisation.
  • Manage employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance procedures.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders on manpower planning and recruitment strategies.
  • Monitor manpower costs and support workforce planning initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirement:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
