Senior/HR Executive (Talent Acquisition)

Job responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding of new hires.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support and advice.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various recruitment channels and networking opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related matters in compliance with local regulations.
- Facilitate onboarding activities and conduct induction sessions to help new employees integrate into the organisation.
- Manage employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance procedures.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders on manpower planning and recruitment strategies.
- Monitor manpower costs and support workforce planning initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
