Partner with business leaders to plan and meet manpower requirements aligned with business strategy.

Provide HR advisory on recruitment, employee sourcing, placement, and employee relations matters.

Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including job scoping, sourcing, interviews, offers, and salary negotiations.

Support core people process such as performance management, development, and career planning.

Analyse attrition and exit data; recommend targeted retention and workforce interventions.

Advise managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and local employment legislation.

Ensure accurate documentation and full compliance with local regulations, SOX controls, and enterprise governance standard.

Requirement

Experience in HR, Degree in HRM, Business Admin or an Related Field. ( Any Experience in Manufacturing or Engineering Field is a huge plus )
