Senior IT Support Administrator
Overview
Our Information Technology team is looking for a Senior IT Support Administrator that will provide support to our San Diego office. As a part of the team, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of applications and systems giving you exposure to the latest that enterprise technology has to offer.
Who you are:
- Strong customer service focus combined with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with ITIL based helpdesk system (We utilize Freshservice)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience providing end user technical support
- Self-motivation to accomplish team goals
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Familiar with Azure Active Directory, Google Workspace, JAMF, PowerShell, ServiceNow, Workato, Meraki
- Zoom Room experience preferred
- Familiarity working with a 100% cloud environment
- Eager to develop proficiency with AI-driven tools and apply them to improve workflows, decision-making, and efficiency.
- Experience with inventory management
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team environment and work cross functionally across all departments
- BS/BA degree preferred
What you'll be doing:
- Provide timely responses and resolutions to both PC and Mac users
- Serve as a primary steward for your local office – while also supporting our hybrid workforce
- Manage local A/V systems and be the local liaison for all-hands meetings
- Manage permissions and access through: Azure Active Directory, Office 365, JAMF, NinjaOne, and Google Workspace
- Engage with team members within and external to IT to improve the overall IT experience
- Work with third party vendors and solution providers
