Senior Lab Engineer, Device Services Infrastructure

We are looking for an operational problem-solver and strategic leader who understands both the technical and human sides of running high-volume test labs. You must enjoy working on multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment that fosters growth, teamwork and innovation. Minimum Qualifications 7+ years of experience in technical operations, systems integration, or large-scale lab/test environments Strong understanding of operational workflows from device provisioning and tracking to testing and decommissioning Demonstrated ability to lead ambiguous, cross-functional projects with minimal oversight Experience with scripting or automation tools (Python, Bash, Ansible, or similar) Communication and project management skills across technical and operational audiences Preferred Qualifications Experience with software services, automation infrastructure, or device farm environments Familiarity with continuous integration test systems Experience supporting teams with multiple geographic sites Knowledge of hardware lifecycle management and inventory tracking systems Experience with macOS, iOS, and other Apple platforms Creative thinker and strong problem solver with meticulous attention to detail
