Senior Manager
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of overall work experience, with a minimum of three to five immediate years in executing deal pricing roles, preferably in the IT Services/ITES/IT product or BPO industry.
- Commercial Modeling: Develop various commercial models, including T&M, Fixed Bid, Transaction/Outcome-based, Gain Share, and Value-based pricing. Perform sensitivity and scenario analysis, price walks, and GAP analysis.
- Pricing Negotiations: Spearhead pricing discussions and commercial negotiations with confidence and conviction. Conduct 'on-the-fly' analysis and quick number crunching during negotiations.
- -Contractual Terms: Be responsible for customer pricing submissions and finalize contractual commercial terms and conditions.
- -Risk Assessment: Evaluate deal assumptions, risks, and rewards, as well as client submissions and commitment. Educate stakeholders on potential upsides and pitfalls.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including solution/transition/delivery teams and their tower leads, to ensure clear communication of timeframes, expectations on pricing inputs, and deal review submissions.
- Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership in complex and bespoke deal structures. Own pricing decisions and align them with organizational objectives.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and maintain a repository of price levers. Perform trend analysis of major variables.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&Ls, cash flows, and a solid grasp of finance and numbers
- Analytical Skills: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong number-crunching and analytical skills.
- Multi-tasking: Ability to work on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and perform under high pressure and stringent deadlines.
- -Quick Learner: Must be a quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- -Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders.
