Senior / Manufacturing Engineer

Based in our Singapore location, this position provides engineering support to improve manufacturing efficiency, resolve processing issues, and drive continuous improvement. You will also contribute to new product introductions, technology transfers, automation initiatives, and digital transformation projects that support our ongoing operational excellence.
- Enhance manufacturing efficiency through workflow improvements, layout optimization, automation solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead or participate in development, training, and qualification activities for new product introductions or technology transfers.
- Provide engineering support to address out‑of‑control situations, resolve process issues, and drive preventive and corrective actions.
- Conduct capacity studies and identify opportunities for improving bottleneck stations.
- Ensure all processes and equipment operate in alignment with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations and company policies.
You build partnerships and collaborative work to meet the target objectives set by the team. You take action quickly and critically in fast paced and unexpected situations. You consistently achieve results and completes responsibilities even under tough circumstances.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, including ERP, MS Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Experience in project management, particularly in Lean, digitalization, or automation initiatives.
- Interest or experience in Power BI, SQL queries, programming, Power Automate, or Power Apps.
