Senior Marketing Operations Specialist

You will optimize HubSpot and Salesforce driven marketing operations to align with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success in a B2B SaaS environment. You will collaborate with Growth Marketing to build and scale marketing operations and insights function, creating the right framework, automation, and reporting to accelerate growth. You will standardize campaign processes around lead capture, data capture, assignment, notification, and other workflows. You will develop reports that help the marketing team analyze key KPIs including channel performance, funnel conversion rates, and other metrics. You will build the attribution model to clearly define marketing impact on growth. You will manage ongoing projects and effectively communicate status across stakeholders. You will balance long-term projects with day-to-day changes in a dynamic go-to-market organization. You will serve as the primary system administrator for marketing operations platforms and integration points. You will draft documentation and update ongoing documentation around new and existing system architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize HubSpot strategy for full funnel alignment with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Work with the Growth Marketing team to build and scale Merkle Science’s marketing operations and insights function, creating the right marketing operations framework, automation, and reporting to accelerate growth.
  • Standardize campaign processes around lead capture, data capture, assignment, notification and other workflows.
  • Develop reports that help the marketing team analyze key KPIs including marketing channel performance and effectiveness, funnel conversion rates, and other key conversion metrics.
  • Build the attribution model for the marketing organization and help clearly define the marketing impact on the growth of the company.
  • Manage ongoing projects and effectively communicate status across stakeholders.
  • Balance long-term projects with day to day changes and demands across a dynamic go to market organization.
  • Serve as primary system administrator for marketing operations platforms and integration points.
  • Draft documentation and update ongoing documentation around new and existing system architecture.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Marketing Automation / Marketing Operations in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is a must
  • Attention to detail is your way of life. You nit-pick every little detail - from why a field is not populated, to why it is attributed differently, to why it is even spelt wrong.
  • You like to work in a team environment with a lot of cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bonus Points For Hubspot certification and/or SFDC certifications
