Summary

The role focuses on managing the marketing of an e-commerce platform that showcases and sells consumer technology products, with the aim of driving awareness, traffic, and customer growth while enhancing the overall online shopping experience. The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints, including website, CRM, paid media, social, and PR, while also creating and localising creative assets to ensure a cohesive customer journey. Acting as both a strategic thinker and hands-on project manager, the role requires delivering high-impact campaign launches within tight timelines and budgets, maintaining strong attention to creative quality. Success in this position relies on strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders to deliver high-quality, results-driven marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional program management across multiple APAC markets, consolidating campaign planning and execution while coordinating closely with local marketing and sales teams.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign and product launch execution, including large-scale commercial events, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Act as the central point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, driving alignment and overseeing projects from concept through to launch.
  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines, ensuring all dependencies, stakeholders, and deliverables are clearly tracked and executed.
  • Identify and proactively mitigate risks or delays to ensure campaigns and content are launched successfully and on time.
  • Oversee creative production and campaign execution, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across website, CRM, paid media, social, and PR channels.
  • Manage stakeholder reviews and collaborate with external agencies to deliver high-quality creative assets within deadlines and budget.
  • Drive regional localisation of campaigns, adapting content to market nuances while balancing timelines and priorities.
  • Execute and manage on-site promotions and merchandising through CMS tools, ensuring accurate and timely deployment in collaboration with sales and regional teams.
  • Own content creation and publishing, including building and launching landing pages, ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for CMS tools, driving best practices, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and tools.
  • Analyse post-campaign performance, generate insights, and deliver reporting to inform future campaign strategies and optimisation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within global organisations or the tech industry, with strong exposure to e-commerce environments
  • Proven project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in fast-paced, high-pressure settings
  • Strong communication skills with experience collaborating across international, cross-functional teams in diverse markets
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce marketing and digital customer experience best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Experience working with creative agencies to deliver marketing assets and campaigns
  • Familiarity with digital and creative tools (e.g. Figma, Photoshop, AI tools) or the ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Track record of high performance, with strong execution, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver results with minimal supervision
