Senior Partnerships Manager Crypto

You'll identify and evaluate partnership opportunities across cryptocurrency exchanges, custodians, blockchain protocols, and DeFi platforms. You'll lead contract negotiations to ensure terms meet commercial and product goals and align with legal, security, and regulatory requirements. You'll work with product, engineering, design, research, and compliance teams to onboard and integrate new partners, maintain and improve existing partnerships, track performance, and analyze industry trends to inform roadmap priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities across cryptocurrency exchanges, custodians, blockchain protocols, and decentralized finance platforms
• Lead contract negotiations ensuring terms meet commercial and product goals and align with legal, security, and regulatory requirements
• Work with product teams to understand partnership needs and accelerate projects on the crypto roadmap
• Manage onboarding and integration of new partners with product, engineering, design, research, and compliance teams
• Maintain and improve relationships with existing partners, tracking performance and identifying opportunities for improvements
• Analyze partnership performance and industry trends to inform new initiatives and roadmap priorities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategy
• Experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and crypto markets
• Ability to build effective working relationships and communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners
• Structured, detail-oriented approach to evaluating opportunities and supporting decision-making
• Comfortable managing multiple projects, prioritizing work, and adapting in a fast-paced environment
