- 44 hours per week
- Shift timings between:
- 8:00AM – 9:00PM
- 7:00AM – 8:00PM
- Includes transition shifts to support end-of-day coverage

đź©ş Job Responsibilities
- Conduct functional assessments and develop personalised rehabilitation plans for residents
- Manage and implement physiotherapy and rehabilitation programmes for assisted-living and nursing care residents
- Work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support residents’ recovery and mobility goals
- Provide therapy interventions to improve residents’ strength, mobility, balance, and independence
- Monitor residents’ rehabilitation progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate residents, caregivers, and healthcare staff on rehabilitation exercises and mobility support
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and therapy records
- Ensure compliance with healthcare and rehabilitation standards and protocols
âś… Requirements
- Degree in Physiotherapy
- Fully registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
- Valid practicing certificate required
- Minimum 1 year of clinical physiotherapy experience
- Prior experience with elderly or geriatric patients preferred
- English proficiency required; Mandarin-speaking ability preferred to communicate with residents
