Senior Principal Partner Sales Manager
Due to rapid growth and increased demand for our platform, OneTrust is seeking a Senior Partner Manager for South East Asia, with focus in Singapore and Thailand and based in Singapore. In this role you’ll be tasked with driving maturing partnerships across Consulting Firms and Service Integrators. You will manage GTM (go-to-market) offerings for partners, executed Joint Business Plans, and joint engagements from a sales perspective. You will positively drive the relationships with partners throughout the region and enable partners to influence client activity. You’ll be reporting to the Director of International Partners and be focused on driving sourced revenue to meet regional targets.
OneTrust is a fast-growing SaaS enterprise platform with a strong growth trajectory. We invest heavily in our Sales Team through demand generation, methodology-driven sales philosophy, weekly sales trainings, customer-driven roadmaps, and a readily-available executive team to help close deals.
Your Mission
In this role, you will be responsible for building and connecting existing and new partners within our ecosystem to drive revenue on new and existing opportunities, in both Singapore and Thailand. You’ll drive alignment with Sales Leadership, ensure objectives are achieved, establish goals determine success, and participate in critical decision-making.
In this role, you will:
- Establish strategic partner objectives and create effective plans with internal and external stakeholders.
- Execute the vision for the Partners Team processes, influence the roadmap strategy, and communicate goals and strategies.
- Strategically lead your regions (Singapore and Thailand) to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual goals and objectives
- In partnership with sales drive collaborative engagements with our ecosystem partners, operations teams, customers success teams for a great customer experience.
You Are
You have significant experience in high growth SaaS sales organizations as well as a consistent track record of hitting and exceeding quotas and objectives. You have superior analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor and you’re able to quickly assess an opportunity’s potential by leveraging fact-based analysis and industry experience. You must also be open to 20-30% travel.
Your Experience Includes:
- 8 to 10 years of experience developing strategic partner relationships with demonstrable outcomes in software vendors, in Singapore and Thailand
- An associate’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent military or professional experience in a related field
- Significant experience managing commercial deals through the entire lifecycle; exceptional deal management, deal structuring, negotiation and leadership skills; ability to structure key terms and conditions to accommodate specific risks and constraints.
- Experience in Privacy / Security / Third Party risk management
