Senior Product Designer

You will design critical user journeys end to end, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to deliver intuitive, high quality experiences. You will simplify complex crypto concepts into intuitive, user friendly experiences. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to ship features. You will contribute to design systems and maintain high standards of scalability and usability. You will mentor junior designers and help foster a strong design culture and craft excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for key product areas and user journeys
• Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI ready for production
• Deliver high-quality, detail-oriented design across mobile and web
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ship impactful features
• Simplify complex crypto concepts into intuitive, user-friendly experiences
• Improve onboarding, trading, payments, and portfolio UX
• Design for trust, clarity, and security in high-stakes financial interactions
• Continuously raise the bar for UX, visual design, and interaction quality
• Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to ship features
• Contribute to product strategy through user insights and design thinking
• Communicate design decisions clearly and effectively
• Contribute to and evolve the design system across platforms
• Ensure consistency across app, web, and marketing surfaces
• Maintain high standards of scalability and usability
• Provide feedback and design critiques to other designers
• Support and mentor junior designers
• Help foster a strong design culture and craft excellence

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in Product Design (consumer products)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped mobile and web products
• Very strong appetite for aesthetics
• Direct crypto experience (required): wallet, exchange, DeFi, explorer, or on-chain products
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Deep understanding of mobile and web UX patterns
• Experience designing for crypto-specific challenges: Self-custody; Transactions and signing flows; Trading UX; Blockchain data representation; Trust and security design
