Senior Professional, Infrastructure Technology and Operations
As an Oracle HCM Technical Lead, you are primarily responsible involves day-to-day collaboration with the core Team members and working closely with each of the functional Business Owners/functional support managers for the project. Your role would involve close collaboration with the Regional Businesses and Project Team to prioritize work, ensuring timely resolution to critical issues and enhancements while adhering to the Global system template. Additionally, you would adhere to and enforce process controls to maintain system stability, performance, and functionality.
Lead and manage a team of resources working on HCM Cloud
Lead and guide the technical team on all technical areas – HCM Extracts, BI publisher reports, Fast Formula, HDLs
Configure all core HCM modules including security.
Managing business stakeholders and providing status and issue reports on a periodical basis
Support to HCM Functional teams on HDL, HSDL Loaders and HCM Extracts.
Identifying and resolving system issues.
Providing training end user documentations for users and administrators.
Experience & Skills
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 12+ years of experience with primarily on Oracle HCM Cloud.
Hands on with HCM Modules i.e., Core HR, Global HR, OTL, Absence, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, Learning and Workforce (Predictions, Health Safety, Rewards, Mobility, Diversity Inclusion, Engagement, Compensation)
Well versed with HCM/OTL Formulas, exception handling
Strong SQL with Fine tuning and well versed with HCM Data model.
Strong Expertise on HDL, HSDL Loaders and HCM Extracts.
Preferred Skills
Proficiency in Oracle Fusion applications and PaaS technologies.
Good to have Redwood Pages.
Good Knowledge of personalization and Design Studio
Cross Functional knowledge of other areas like Finance and PPM
Expertise on OIC Integration, well versed in WSDL, REST and SOAP API’s with HCM modules.
