Senior / Project Executive (QS)

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparecost estimates and Review Schedule of Rates and build up Star Rates.
  • Compile six monthly cost information.
  • Conduct site study and condition survey.
  • Verify progress payments and final accounts.
  • Evaluate and verify contractor’s final claim of final payment / VOs.
  • Prepare variation orders including taking-off quantities and site measurements.
  • Prepare and call term contracts tenders.
  • Prepare and secure tenders for QS consultancy services.
  • Other duties / special assignment as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Possess relevant Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Project & Facilities Managements or other relevant qualifications.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant QS experience in construction, maintenance, A&A, or estate upgrading projects
  • Candidates with more than 8 years of relevant experience and proven leadership capabilities may be considered for the QSM.
  • Experience in public sector or town council projects will be an advantage
