Job Summary

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee construction project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project workflows and communication
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports on status, cost control, and resource utilization for informed decision-making
• Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, variation orders, and contract administration to optimize financial performance
• Ensure compliance with Singapore BCA, MOM, SCDF, and other statutory regulations to uphold legal and safety standards
• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction methodologies to validate project feasibility and quality
• Supervise site teams, project engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones and quality objectives
• Conduct project meetings and resolve technical, operational, and contractual issues to maintain project momentum
• Implement quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures to maintain high construction standards
• Develop and enforce workplace safety measures in accordance with WSH regulations to protect personnel and assets
• Manage project risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services to ensure timely availability and cost efficiency
• Ensure timely submission of progress claims, project documentation, and handover requirements to meet contractual obligations
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
