Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Review tender document and drawing
• Handle quantity taking-off and prepare tender submission
• Ensure timely receipt of technical information relevant to tender
• Prepare standard measurement/quantity
• Prepare Bar Bending Schedule
• Source for quotation
• Evaluate, analyze and input pricing for tender
• Participate in post-tender clarification
• Participate in kick-off meeting with consultant/client
• Participate in hand-over process to project team and project briefing to colleagues
• Participate in Project Review Meeting for evaluating project process
• Prepare quotation for various technical works, material, manpower, etc.
• Check and approve sub-contractors’ bills
• Handle variation order and claim for certification
• Perform other duties as assigned
