Senior Sales Engineer, $7,000 (Oil & Gas), Tuas
Location: Tuas South (Transport pick up at Lakeside MRT station)
Working Hours: 8am to 5pm (Mon to Fri)
Salary: $5,500 - $7,000 negotiable based on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and pricing requests.
- Manage and develop assigned customer accounts to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
- Provide sales and technical support to customers on products and solutions.
- Conduct customer visits, business reviews, and sales presentations locally and overseas.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential markets.
- Monitor sales performance, order intake, pricing, and profitability of customer accounts.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts, business reports, and account reviews.
- Coordinate new product developments with internal stakeholders.
- Support marketing activities, trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events across the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve business processes.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- 10 years of sales, account management, or business development experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings and technical specifications will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Willing to travel overseas for customer meetings, business development activities, and exhibitions.
