Collaborate with global consulting and technical teams to develop and deliver client-centric solutions

Serve as the key interface between local clients and global teams.

Navigate cross-cultural communication effectively to ensure clarity and alignment.

Sales Execution & Performance

Own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to closing.

Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM.

Sales Influence & Knowledge Sharing

Share market insights and practical experience to support overall sales effectiveness.
5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in consulting, advisory, or healthcare/medical device sectors.
Strong experience in consultative / solution-based selling.
Proven ability to develop markets and execute strategies independently.
Experience working with regional or global teams.
Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills.
Native or fluent Chinese is required for client-facing activities. Strong working proficiency in English is required to collaborate effectively with global teams.
