Job Summary

Drive revenue growth by developing new business opportunities, acquiring customers, and expanding strategic partnerships within Singapore's F&B industry. This role is ideal for ambitious sales professionals who are motivated by performance-based rewards and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within Singapore's F&B industry to drive revenue growth
  • Prospect and engage restaurant owners, chain restaurants, food courts, central kitchens, catering companies, hotels, and food service operators to expand customer base
  • Conduct product presentations, equipment demonstrations, and solution consultations to showcase AI-powered kitchen automation systems
  • Follow up on sales leads from exhibitions, referrals, marketing campaigns, and self-generated prospecting activities to convert prospects into customers
  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales agreements to facilitate smooth and timely sales transactions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business
  • Develop and expand dealer, reseller, and distribution channels to increase market reach and brand presence
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to company growth objectives and performance metrics
  • Gather market intelligence on customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends to provide actionable feedback for business strategy
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, networking events, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in F&B, commercial kitchen equipment, foodservice solutions, hospitality equipment, POS systems, or automation equipment industries is advantageous
  • Demonstrated business development, negotiation, and closing skills through successful sales outcomes
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to independently manage sales pipelines and prioritize activities effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders and build rapport across multiple customer segments
  • Ability to identify opportunities, develop customer relationships, and consistently convert prospects into sales
  • Existing network within Singapore's F&B industry is highly advantageous for accelerating business development
  • Connections with restaurants, central kitchens, catering companies, hotels, distributors, or dealers are strongly encouraged
  • Passionate about sales, business growth, and achieving high performance in a competitive market
  • Candidates with existing relationships within Singapore's restaurant, foodservice, hospitality, or commercial kitchen equipment sectors will be highly preferred.
