  • Conduct site inspections and presentations for potential clients, showcasing the hotel's facilities and capabilities to meet their requirements.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts on sales performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Mentor and train junior members of the sales team, providing guidance on effective sales techniques and best practices.
