Senior Software Engineer, Transaction Security

You will design and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure to process high-velocity financial data. You will develop automated systems to detect and mitigate threats across traditional payment flows and DeFi protocols. You will integrate AI tools to increase development velocity and security coverage. You will partner with product teams to deliver security features that protect users without compromising usability, and you will own major security components from design through production.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable secure cloud infrastructure for high-velocity financial data
• Develop automated threat detection and mitigation systems for payment flows and DeFi protocols
• Integrate AI tools to improve development velocity and security coverage
• Collaborate with product teams to deliver secure features that preserve user experience
• Own major components of the security stack from design through production

Requirements

• Experience building and deploying production-grade applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Proficiency with modern web development frameworks and web security protocols
• Proficiency with AI-assisted coding and automated testing tools
• Ability to contribute to product roadmap and translate technical feasibility into product decisions
• Experience with or strong interest in DeFi and blockchain security (optional)
