Automotive Service Advisor – Job Scope

  • Attend to customers’ vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare service quotations, repair orders, and clearly explain recommended repairs and maintenance requirements to customers.
  • Coordinate closely with technicians and workshop personnel to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repair and servicing jobs.
  • Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status, repair progress, and estimated completion timelines.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints effectively while maintaining strong and positive customer relationships.
  • Conduct preliminary vehicle inspections and recommend appropriate preventive maintenance and repair solutions.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of service records, repair orders, and customer communications.
  • Perform follow-up with customers after servicing to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, workshop operations, and service quality.
  • Possess a valid driving licence and be able to test drive, inspect, and move vehicles when required.
