The Waiter / Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

  • Clear tables, clean dining areas, and reset tables for the next customers.
  • Handle customer requests, complaints, or feedback politely.
  • Assist with cashiering or billing when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Follow company service procedures, food safety rules, and workplace policies.
  • Support team members during busy periods.
