🧭 Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Interaction & Service Delivery
· Greet and engage guests in a professional, warm, and welcoming manner
· Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
· Check on guest satisfaction throughout the meal and resolve any concerns promptly.
· Provide personalized recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary needs.
2. Menu & Product Knowledge
· Study and understand all menu items, ingredients, cooking methods, and allergens.
· Confidently explain dishes and offer thoughtful suggestions, including beverage pairings.
· Stay updated on daily specials, promotions, and seasonal changes.
3. Hospitality Standards
· Uphold Fortuna’s reputation for delivering the best hospitality in Singapore.
· Anticipate guest needs, personalize the experience, and build genuine rapport.
· Treat every guest as a VIP — especially returning customers and high spenders.
4. Operational Responsibilities
· Maintain clean and organized workstations and service areas.
· Reset and prepare tables quickly and efficiently between guest seating.
· Follow opening, shift, and closing duties as per service standards.
5. Team Communication & Collaboration
· Work closely with hosts, runners, bar, and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.
· Attend pre-shift briefings and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
· Support team members during busy periods with a team-first attitude.

· Complete onboarding and pass menu training assessments.
· Attend tastings and service workshops regularly.
· Continuously refresh knowledge of food, wine, and guest service techniques.
✅Job Requirements
Prior experience as a server in a fast-paced or premium dining environment preferred.
Strong communication and guest service skills.
Positive, professional appearance and attitude. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. 5 days’ work week
