Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat customers in a polite and professional manner

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately

  • Serve food and drinks promptly

  • Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area

  • Handle basic customer enquiries and requests

  • Follow service standards and workplace safety requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience in F&B front-of-house roles preferred; knowledge of Fujian cuisine or Chinese cuisine is a plus.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and strong communication skills with good customer service mindset.
  • Strong execution, able to follow work schedule and management instructions.
  • A good team player who can work harmoniously with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Positive attitude and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
