  • Work Schedule: 5 workdays, 44 hours per week

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides smooth and efficient service at the Restaurant ensuring that standards are always met
  • Presents menu/drinks list, answers inquiries and provides recommendations to guests after assessing their needs and preferences
  • Strives to provide excellent quality service to all guests
  • Takes guest orders and serves without unnecessary delay
  • Maintains par stocks of beverages and guest supplies
  • Clears and resets counters or tables
  • Assists in stock inventory and maintains an accurate inventory record
  • Standard service duties

REQUIREMENTS

  • Singaporeans and Permanent Residents (PRs) only
  • Experience in Japanese fine dining environment will be advantage
  • Min. secondary school education with 'O' level passes
  • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period would be preferred
  • Possess Food safety and hygiene certificate
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
