Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers either on-site or remotely.
• Perform repair works and troubleshoot machines at customer site.
• Install new test machines and software upgrades.
• Develop manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for machines.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics or Mechatronics or related qualifications.
• Non-experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Words.
• Have knowledge in laser, Oscilloscope/Spectrum analyzer/other instruments.
• Can travel overseas on short notice.
• Is flexible to work on selected weekends and public holidays (Following PM schedule).
• Is self-driven in pursuing technical knowledge needed for the job.
• Is a hands-on problem solver, skilled in machine maintenance.
• Is willing to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Has strong interpersonal skills with good oral and written communication skills.
• More than 3 years of experience in a service / field experience in a semiconductor industry is advantageous.
