Service Staff (Part-time/Full-time)

About the Role

We are looking for friendly and motivated individuals to join our Service Team. You will play a key role in delivering a pleasant dining experience while upholding the standards of Japanese hospitality.


Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a warm, polite, and professional manner.

• Take and process orders accurately; provide menu recommendations when needed.

• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality presentation.

• Handle customer enquiries and feedback efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area at all times.

• Restock service items such as condiments, utensils, and napkins.

• Adhere to food safety and workplace safety guidelines.


Requirements:

• No experience required. Training is provided.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude with good customer service skills.

• Team player with good communication skills.

• Flexibility to work split shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
