Service Crew

About the Role
We’re looking for friendly and reliable crew to join our Japanese Ramen Service Team. Work in a fast-paced, fun environment where teamwork, good vibes, and great service matter. If you enjoy interacting with people and creating a great dining experience, we’d love to have you.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and attentive customer service
• Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
• Attend to customer needs and handle feedback professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas
• Assist with cashiering and handle transactions accurately
• Support daily operations and work closely with kitchen staff during peak hours
• Assist with opening and closing duties (cleaning, wiping, restocking)
• Follow service standards and attend briefings
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

What We’re Looking For

• No experience needed — training will be provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
• Able to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays (shift-based).
• Able to start immediately.
