Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site product commissioning, servicing, and calibration to ensure equipment meets operational standards
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues to restore equipment functionality promptly
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and lifespan
• Execute repairs on commercial kitchen equipment to minimize downtime and maintain safety compliance
• Provide technical support and resolve customer complaints efficiently to enhance user satisfaction
• Maintain detailed service records to track maintenance history and support continuous improvement
• Deliver training to customers on proper product usage and maintenance to optimize equipment performance
• Manage service schedules independently to ensure timely response to service calls and operational continuity
• Perform general technical duties and ad-hoc tasks as required to support team and business objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in servicing or repairing commercial kitchen or refrigeration equipment
• WSQ Supervise Construction Work for WSH or Workplace Safety and Health Management in Construction Industry certification (previously known as BCSS)
