Services Account Representative - 12 Months Contract
Job Summary
We are looking for a temporary Services Account Representative (SAR) who will be the main customer contact for operational Services business matters – including, but not limited to, management of service contracts, service coordination and customer support. What you will do
As a Services Account Representative you will:
- Manage and coordinate service orders, ensuring timely availability of parts and materials to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Play a key role in service contract execution by coordinating delivery, tracking performance, and proactively managing scope changes or scheduling conflicts.
- Lead customer communication and planning for service and maintenance activities, including long-term solutions and rebuilding kits, creating a seamless and trusted experience.
- Take ownership of customer enquiries, driving them to resolution by collaborating across teams and ensuring clear, timely communication.
- Partner closely with service administration and planning teams, contributing ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

- Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken), enabling confident communication in a global environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks and deliver with impact.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering value.
- High attention to detail combined with analytical thinking to support data-driven decisions.
- Advanced skills in Excel, with the ability to interpret and manage data effectively.
- Experience working with SAP and MS Office tools.
- Exposure to an engineering or maintenance environment is considered an advantage.
