Services Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Services Sales Manager who will act as the main customer contact for Services matters, which includes offering quality services with innovative solutions, looking to drive excellence in customer satisfaction.

The position is permanent and based in Warsaw, Poland with expected traveling up to 50% of working time.

What you will do

As a Services Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering financial targets for allocated customers or application
  • Responsible for driving the growth initiatives, ensuring growth from focus categories of services business
  • Understand customer needs and pain points to generate new business and offer profitable value offerings by using complete services portfolio
  • Capture customer requirements accurately to configure solutions that maximize value for Customer & Tetra Pak
  • Drives product deployment plans of services products in collaboration with Portfolio Management
  • Create solutions, Quote & Negotiate deals/contracts with customers
  • Supports marketing to generate leads & customer interest
  • Understand & comply with Tetra Pak's Commercial practices framework, regulatory framework & general code of conduct
  • Collaborate with external suppliers

We believe you have

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in the field of Engineering (Production/Mechanical)
  • 3+ years of working experience in Sales management (technical fields), preferably gained in Food or Beverage industries
  • Fluency in English and Polish both written and spoken is a must
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: can easily build relationships and communicates with efficiency
  • Strong self-motivation, initiative-taking and flexible attitude
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment and can structure your work efficiently to deliver accurate and timely results
