SSN Sales Administrator

Job Summary

As part of our Sales Administration Center (GSAC Chakan), the Sales Administrator - Service Supply Network, plays a key role in supporting regional customers & sales teams by ensuring efficient, accurate, and seamless order management operations.

This role serves as a central coordination point between sales, customers, and internal functions, driving operational excellence and delivering a unique and superior customer experience.

What you will do

As a Sales Administrator, you will contribute to delivering world-class service by managing critical sales operations:

    • Manage end-to-end order processing in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
    • Validate pricing, commercial terms, and customer data
    • Ensure timely order booking, amendments, and closures
    • Provide administrative and operational support to regional sales teams
    • Support quotations, Booking orders, Pricing coordination, and contract processes
    • Monitor order lifecycle and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies
    • Act as a key interface between Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Service teams
    • Resolve order-related queries, billing issues, and customer escalations
    • Maintain strong communication with global stakeholders across time zones
    • Ensure compliance with global processes and drive continuous improvements

We believe you have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Sales Administration / Order Management (preferably in a shared services environment)
  • Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
  • Experience working with global stakeholders is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume tasks in a fast-paced, global environment
