Showroom Experience Manager [Interior Furnishings] - 5 days/ Up to $6.5k [0580]

  • Salary: $5200-$6500
  • 5-day work week (Shift based on 44 hours per week).
  • Required to work on both Saturdays and Sundays, with generally one Saturday and one Sunday off per month.
  • Transport will be provided from Yew Tee MRT Station or Admiralty MRT Station
  • Additional allowance provided for grooming and clothing.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Retail Management, Marketing, Business, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, premium showroom, hospitality, airline service, customer experience, or related industries

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily showroom operations and customer experience standards
  • Drive premium hospitality-style service delivery across the showroom team
  • Coach and develop front-line staff on service excellence, customer engagement, and presentation standards
  • Ensure showroom presentation, ambience, and brand consistency are maintained at all times
  • Handle customer enquiries, escalations, and VIP client interactions professionally
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Creative, and Product teams to support campaigns, launches, and showroom events
  • Manage roster planning, manpower coordination, and operational readiness
