Position Type: Full-Time

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with strong warehouse and driving skills? Iron Mountain are seeking a Warehouse Specialist / Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our inventory operations, managing everything from receiving and auditing to the safe transport and destruction of physical assets.

What You’ll Do

In this role you will:

  • Asset Management: Administer and operate daily warehouse activities, including the processing, storage, and secure destruction of physical assets.
  • Inventory & Auditing: Account for all assets within the facilities and strictly audit all incoming goods to ensure accuracy against documentation.
  • Logistics & Scheduling: Prepare and coordinate shipping and receiving schedules to optimize the flow of goods and maximize warehouse space utilization.
  • Operations & Safety: Ensure adherence to established operating procedures, maintain the protection of facilities and equipment, and report on warehouse metrics.
  • Driving & Transport: Safely oversee and execute the movement, receipt, and shipment of assets in accordance with company protocols.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience: Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a similar role. Formal training in inventory management or warehouse safety is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to closely follow established procedures, guidelines, and safety protocols.
  • Licensing: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (appropriate class for standard transport vehicles).
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical assets, safely lift objects, and operate standard warehouse equipment.
  • Mindset: A detail-oriented approach with a strong knack for accurate reporting and space management.
