Site Engineer
- Managing the design of utilities diversion routes, supporting structures and other required structures.
- Coordinate with authorities to facilitate work progress such as PUB, SPPG, LTA etc.
- Engage and liaise with main contractors/clients & approved subcontractors for any services diversion works.
- Approval request submission to relevant authorities for services diversion and traffic diversion at site.
- Incorporate utilities diversion plan to construction schedule.
- Planning for reinstatement.
- Preparation of quotations & Purchase Orders to relevant stake-holders.
- Preparation of CIAR (construction impact assessment report) for PUB/LTA.
- Establishment of short & long-term overall utility plan.
- Management of each activity for utility work on site.
- Preparation & coordination with clients & subcontractors for NCE (notification for commencement of earthworks).
- Approval for PTD (permit to dig) related utilities.
- Pegging and demarcation for utilities on site.
- Regular inspection / petrol / visual check for existing utilities.
- Establishment of emergency plan for utilities.
- To check daily, weekly and monthly progress report before submission.
- Must be able to work 6 days per week.
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years engineering experience in large scale and complex projects.
