Job Description
We are looking for a Beauty Sales Ambassador to represent Seung Tae’s premium skincare range, provide expert consultations, and build lasting client relationships. You will create personalized shopping experiences, uphold high service standards, and help drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Promote Seung Tae’s skincare products and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Deliver personalized consultations and expert recommendations.
- Educate customers on product benefits and usage techniques.
- Follow up after purchases to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat sales.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain accurate customer profiles in POS and CRM systems.
- Handle enquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Build brand loyalty and develop a regular client base.
Store Standards & Merchandising
- Merchandise counters according to monthly campaigns.
- Maintain cleanliness, tester hygiene, and display standards.
- Uphold grooming and service guidelines set by Seung Tae.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Beauty Sales Manager to achieve KPIs.
- Support marketing initiatives, in-store events, and product launches.
- Foster a positive, cooperative team culture.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience; beauty/skincare preferred.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and premium products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, polished appearance, and customer-first mindset.
