Slot Performance Supervisor (Caesars New Orleans)

Assists in the supervision of the slot floor when scheduled.

  • Promotes internal and external guest development during an assigned shift
  • Ensures excellent service delivery in their area of responsibility
  • Maintains communication within the slot department and with other departments
  • Promotes teamwork and encourages employee ideas and feedback
  • Works as an attendant when not scheduled to supervise
  • Resolves guest complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Observes and provides feedback on service standards
  • Manages the floor effectively to ensure excellent guest service
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Familiarity with Word, Excel, Rumba, and SDS preferred
  • A role model who consistently leads by example
  • Six to twelve months of slot operations experience, or equivalent supervisory experience

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

  • Ability to maneuver throughout all areas of the casino
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Capable of bending, reaching, kneeling, twisting, and gripping items
  • Able to walk and stand for extended periods
  • Must maintain a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work under pressure and in stressful situations
  • Basic math skills required
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Must respond to visual and aural cues
