Slot Performance Supervisor (Caesars New Orleans)
Assists in the supervision of the slot floor when scheduled.
- Promotes internal and external guest development during an assigned shift
- Ensures excellent service delivery in their area of responsibility
- Maintains communication within the slot department and with other departments
- Promotes teamwork and encourages employee ideas and feedback
- Works as an attendant when not scheduled to supervise
- Resolves guest complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Observes and provides feedback on service standards
- Manages the floor effectively to ensure excellent guest service
- High school diploma or GED required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong leadership abilities
- Familiarity with Word, Excel, Rumba, and SDS preferred
- A role model who consistently leads by example
- Six to twelve months of slot operations experience, or equivalent supervisory experience
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to maneuver throughout all areas of the casino
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Capable of bending, reaching, kneeling, twisting, and gripping items
- Able to walk and stand for extended periods
- Must maintain a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work under pressure and in stressful situations
- Basic math skills required
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must respond to visual and aural cues
