SodaStream: Performance Marketing Campaign Lead
Overview (English) At SodaStream, we’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Campaign Lead to drive high-impact ecommerce campaigns across global markets. In this role, you’ll manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok, working closely with cross-functional and international stakeholders to drive performance and business growth. You’ll play a key role in budget ownership, campaign strategy, optimization, and data-driven decision making. Responsibilities (English) Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and additional digital platforms Own campaign execution end-to-end including targeting, budget allocation, optimization, and performance analysis Work closely with global markets and ecommerce stakeholders to adapt strategy to local business needs Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven optimization decisions Provide input and direction on creatives and campaign messaging based on performance insights Present campaign results, recommendations, and strategic decisions to internal stakeholders Operate in a fast-paced, matrix environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities Qualifications (English) 3+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta campaign management Experience working on ecommerce or conversion-driven campaigns Strong analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven optimization decisions Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and advanced Excel skills for reporting and performance tracking High level of English – written and verbal Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate across teams Experience working in global or multi-market environments It'd Be Cool if you also have Experience with TikTok Ads and additional paid media platforms Experience with full-funnel marketing strategies and CAC optimization About us SodaStream is on a mission to revolutionize the beverage industry by reducing single-use plastic and empowering consumers to make more sustainable choices.
