SodaStream: Project Management Lead (Innov)

Overview (English) At SodaStream, part of PepsiCo, we’re looking for a hands-on Project Management Lead to lead complex innovation projects across our product portfolio and guide a small team of project managers within our Innovation organization In this role, you’ll drive innovation initiatives from concept to execution, working closely with business and cross-functional stakeholders to bring new ideas, products, and processes to life. This role combines project leadership, operational execution, and innovation-focused thinking in a fast-paced global environment. Responsibilities (English) Lead and manage end-to-end innovation projects across SodaStream’s products and new category initiatives Build and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and execution tracking Work closely with R&D, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure projects move forward according to plan Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, align priorities, and follow up on action items and deliverables Lead weekly project meetings, track risks and blockers, and drive resolution when issues arise Provide ongoing project updates, status reports, and escalation points to leadership Create structure and improve project management processes in a dynamic and evolving environment Support and guide a small team of project managers, helping set priorities, improve execution, and maintain alignment across projects Qualifications (English) 6+ years of experience in project management, program management, PMO, or related cross-functional roles Significant hands-on experience leading innovation projects involving new products, evolving requirements, ambiguity, and cross-functional coordination Experience leading a small team while remaining closely involved in day-to-day project execution Proven experience managing complex projects in global and matrix organizations Strong organizational and execution capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, identify bottlenecks, and proactively drive solutions Experience building, improving, and implementing project management processes and operational workflows Background in consumer products or commercialization environments is an advantage, but not a must.
