Software QA Executive

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and maintain software test plans, test cases, and test reports.

  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for software and IoT solutions.

  • Identify, document, and track software defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.

  • Verify software functionality, performance, and quality before deployment.

  • Assist in product validation, quality assurance, and documentation activities.

  • Prepare testing records, reports, and quality-related documentation.

  • Support software release and quality control processes.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project requirements and quality standards are met.

  • Assist with project coordination, scheduling, and follow-up activities.

  • Support daily business operations, administrative tasks, and documentation management when required.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, quotations, and customer-related documentation.

  • Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA processes.

  • Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and documentation skills.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
