Solution Consultant

The Sales Engineering & Solutions team within Network Infrastructure Sales team in APAC, shapes customer engagement and strategic direction of the business. With a focus on driving thought leadership of Nokia in the market & customers, own the technical strategy of the Account plans and push for strategic Initiatives in the Sales Unit.

  • Thought Leadership
    • Engage customers/Partners on CxO level, especially on thought leadership and technology vision, to influence their technology choices and related vendor preferences
    • Engage the external market in shaping the future of NI across CSP, Misson Critical and Cloud
    • Support the Sales Units in APAC with technology expert resources (‘CTOs’) that act as advisors to the SUs on technology. Inspire the sales teams
  • Technical Account Strategy
    • Engaging Key customers in collaboration with the SU/ST Leaders to drive the technical strategy of the account
    • Strategize technical areas in transformation projects with the customers to influence future architecture choices
    • Bring together Market Solutions-Visions (Unicorns) into customer stories (for e.g. ERMs)
  • Strategic Initiatives
    • Provide market insights to the sales team and identify potential opportunities for NI at a market level
    • Partner closely with Sales, Pre-sales, Product Management, R&D, and Services teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies and successful solution delivery.
  • 10+ years in Solutions Architecture within the telecommunications or enterprise networking industry,
  • Strong technical knowledge in cross domain IP Routing, Optical Networks, and Fixed Networks.
  • Proven experience with Nokia's NI portfolio or equivalent competitive products.
  • Presales experience is mandatory
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical field. Master's degree preferred.
