Solutions Manager

We are seeking a Solutions Manager to lead technical solution development and pre-sales engagements for data centre customers across Singapore and the region. This role will manage complex customer requirements, guide solution strategy and serve as the technical lead supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead solution development for colocation, hyperscale, cloud and enterprise customers.
  • Act as the primary technical advisor during customer engagements, workshops and strategic pursuits.
  • Manage solution reviews, technical proposals, pricing inputs and RFI/RFP responses.
  • Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Construction and Product teams to deliver commercially viable solutions.
  • Ensure consistency of technical designs and customer experience across multiple sites and regions.
  • Mentor and support Solutions Engineers and other technical team members.
  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements and industry developments to support business strategy.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Telecommunications, IT or related discipline.
  • 8-15 years of experience within data centres, critical facilities, telecommunications, engineering consultancy or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven experience leading customer-facing solution design or technical pre-sales activities.
  • Strong knowledge of data centre electrical, mechanical and connectivity infrastructure.
  • Experience managing stakeholders across commercial and technical functions.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and customer engagement skills.
  • Previous team leadership or management experience preferred.
