Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sourcing Executive to manage procurement and supply chain operations, overseeing the end-to-end process of identifying, evaluating, and acquiring goods and services to support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to achieve cost-effective procurement of materials and equipment aligned with business goals
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, and price competitiveness to ensure optimal supply chain performance
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to secure favorable conditions for the organization
• Manage supplier relationships to maintain consistent performance and ensure compliance with company standards
• Analyze market trends, perform cost analysis, and track supplier performance metrics to inform sourcing decisions
• Collaborate with finance, production, and quality assurance teams to align sourcing objectives with company goals
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in supply chain management, business administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations
• Proficiency in supplier relationship management and contract administration
• Knowledge of cost optimization, market research, and supply chain management principles
• Familiarity with semiconductor or electronics manufacturing processes
• Experience with ERP or procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Understanding of ISO/quality systems and compliance requirements
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills demonstrated through effective cross-functional collaboration
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities applied in procurement contexts
