SPA Massage Therapist

Provide professional massage and spa treatments in accordance with company service standards

· Train and guide massage therapists on proper techniques, service procedures, and customer service etiquette in line with Singapore service industry standards

· Conduct practical training for new therapists and evaluate their technical skills and service performance

· Ensure all therapists comply with Singapore hygiene, safety, and personal protection standards

· Monitor treatment quality and continuously improve overall service standards and customer satisfaction

· Assist in developing treatment protocols, training materials, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

· Support daily spa operations and on-site management when required

· Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, and assist in resolving service-related issues

· Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and products with proper cleaning, maintenance, and compliant usage

· Ensure all operations comply with relevant Singapore health, hygiene, and industry regulatory requirements
