Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the chemical engineering team, including setting goals, defining priorities, and ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of advanced chemical processes and solutions
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive product development and improvement
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- 5+ years of experience in chemical engineering
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Advanced degree in Chemical Engineering
- Experience with process simulation software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
