Sr. Engineering Project Manager, Wallet & Payments

The Engineering Project Manager thrives in complexity, leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject area, or we may consider equivalent industry experience. 10+ years of Technical and Cross-Functional Project and/or Program Management experience. 6+ years of leading cross-functional projects, specifically managing dependencies across internal and external partners, and owning the end-to-end project delivery. 6+ years of driving complex technical programs, defining roadmaps, identifying and mitigating risks, securing multi-functional alignment, and implementing delivery processes. 3+ recent years of leading an engineering team through the SDLC of a customer facing product, ideally within the data, analytics, payments and/or financial technology space. Results oriented, highly motivated and able to work under minimal supervision in a cross-functional environment at detailed levels whilst taking account of interdependencies at higher levels. Experience and ease interacting with and influencing partners and senior executive leadership, push projects and programs forward. Preferred Qualifications Ability to participate in and facilitate technical design brainstorming sessions. Able to build a positive relationship with cross-functional internal organizations. Navigate and execute in an environment of ambiguity and lead project teams to the successful delivery of solutions. Have inherent passion to lead, mentor and grow other EPMs in our PMO team.
