Sr. Executive / Executive – Admin
- 4 – 5 years of relevant experience in Facilities & Office Administration in a corporate setup.
- Managing daily administrative operations including Security, Housekeeping, Pantry, Cafeteria, CCTV, UPS, Air Conditioning, and other technical services.
- Executing and monitoring Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), reviewing checklists, and conducting periodic audits.
- Maintaining vendor logbooks, checklists, and operational schedules for quality control.
- Overseeing vendor payments, billing coordination, and procurement processes in adherence to company standards.
- Preparing departmental MIS to track expenses, vendor performance, and operational KPIs.
- Coordinating end-to-end travel arrangements for employees.
- Managing access control systems and fixed asset registers with periodic reconciliation with Finance.
- Overseeing courier and visitor management systems.
- Managing AMC contracts, plantation, pest control, MEP services, and third-party manpower.
- Ensuring consistent performance from all facility-related vendors and staff with strong people and vendor management skills.
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Hotel Management or similar field.
Key Skills:
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
